Overview
Baku, the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan, is a low-lying city with coastline along the Caspian Sea. It's famed for its medieval walled old city, which contains the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, a vast royal complex, and the iconic stone Maiden Tower. Contemporary landmarks include the Zaha Hadid–designed Heydar Aliyev Center, and the Flame Towers, 3 pointed skyscrapers covered with LED screens. it is also known for being a significant cultural, business, and oil-rich center, a hub for major international events, and a place to experience its distinct culture, cuisine, and harsh, windy climate.
DAY WISE ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Baku
Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, meet by our representative and get transfer to Hotel. Check-in to Hotel. Have relax and Fresh n up yourself. Enjoy Baku at your own. Overnight in Baku hotel.
Day 2: Ateshgah & Burning Mountain Tour trip
Next morning after Breakfast, get ready for a trip of ancient zoroastrian temple "Ateshgah" which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. You will know more about temple, the history of creation of such a temple in Baku and unique natural phenomenon of burning natural gas outlets. Later you will visit Yanar Dagh ("Burning Mountain"), is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. Actually, it is rather a hill than a mountain, with natural gas burning on its slope from ancient times. Later return in hotel and overnight in hotel.
Day 3: Baku City Tour
After breakfast, get ready for the Baku city tour. Baku is the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan. First, visit Carpet Museum with Entrance Ticket. The carpet museum displays Azerbaijani carpets and rugs with Historical and modern weaving techniques and materials. Then go to the carpet museum, see Little Venice. Little Venice is a great & clean refreshing park to walk and relax. You can take a ride in Gandolas, take pictures, and just enjoy the trip. You will also visit old part of Baku Icheri Seher, Maiden Tower. Evening you will visit Nizami Street. Nizami Street is home to various outlet, from banks to fashion stores and is one of the most expensive streets in the world. Dinner in a Local Restaurant. Overnight in Baku hotel.
Day 4: Gobustan and Mud Volcano Tour
After breakfast get ready for of Gobustan Museum Gobustan geographical region is situated in the west-south of Baku. The word «gobu» is also of Turkic origin and means «a dried up river valley.After visiting Gobustan Museum, the tour will proceed to the Mud Volcano which is 20 mins away from Gobustan National Museum. Azerbaijan keeps the first place in the world for the number of mud volcanoes. About 300 mud volcanoes are to be found in Azerbaijan – at the shore, in the sea and on islands. During this trip you will get a great chance to see these rare and active volcanoes from very close distance. Late enjoy Shopping Tour. Visit to Genclik Mall located in 10 minutes distance form city center. Genjlik mall is the biggest Mall in Baku and contains over 80 stores, big bowling halls, the biggest movie halls, 3D cinema, Playground for children, Bravo supermarket, VIP restaurants, and Food courts. Later, back in hotel and overnight in Baku hotel.
Day 5: Day Trip of Gabala
Next morning after Breakfast, we will visit Gabala, a city surrounded by Caucasus Mountains. We will go to Tufandag Summer - Winter Complex and take a cable car to enjoy the view of some high points of Greater Caucasus. Later, we’ll head to Nohur Lake in Gabala. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Nohur. Each year thousands of people visit the waterfall. Visit to Gabala Shooting Centre (Optional). Explore the local market in Gabala. From Gabala and travel back to Baku. Overnight in Baku hotel.
Day 6: Baku to Shahdag
Next morning after breakfast, Check out from Baku Hotel and Drive toward Shahdag. It is located in northern Azerbaijan, close to the border with Russia at the Greater Caucasus Mountains. Discover the captivating beauty of Shahdag, where ancient glaciers, deep valleys, and breath-taking mountain lakes await. Take a cable car to enjoy the view of some high points of Greater Caucasus. Later return in hotel and overnight in Shahdag hotel.
Day 7: Day at leisure
After breakfast, it up to you real in hotel or explore the surroundings. Shahdag offers skiing, snowboarding, and resorts in winter, and hiking, cycling, and paragliding in summer. It has 14 slopes and world-class amenities. Overnight in Shahdag hotel.
Day 8: Departure
After Breakfast, pack your bags, you will transfer to Airport for Departure to your hometown with sweet memories of the tour.
